At Posture and Poise, our classes are intentionally small—so you’ll get real, personalised instruction without ever feeling watched or singled out. We’re here to help you move safely and confidently, whether you’re a complete beginner, returning after injury, looking for a change or just for a gentler way to feel good in your body.

Our instructors are experienced, compassionate, and deeply committed to making everyone feel welcome. We understand that life—and bodies—aren’t always picture-perfect. You’ll never need to “fit in” here. Come as you are.
