Our Yoga classes have been created to energise your whole being, helping to reduce stress and tension in your mind and body, improve flexibility, increase mobility and promote positive physical and mental health.
Classes are suitable for everyone from complete beginners, to experienced students wanting to try something different. Our Wednesday & Friday classes are slower flows and particularly suitable for clients with restorative needs, pain in the body or those who prefer a slower moving class. However everyone is welcome at any class and modifications are offered wherever needed.
Classes include a mix of styles including Ashtanga, Hatha, Tantra & Vinyasa Yoga as well as cleansing pranayama breathing, meditation and affirmations to aid self love and body confidence.

Pilates is a system of exercise specifically designed to realign, strengthen, stretch and teach control of the body. It is a low impact way to improve health and wellbeing and to address physical aliments such as back pain, muscle tightens, hip and knee discomfort, weak core and poor posture.
Our classes as suitable for everyone and include modifications for every level but are particularly useful for beginners or those who wish to take a more clinical approach to their pilates and truly understand and benefit from each exercise.
Classes are taught by our qualified instructors and Sports therapist who are experts in human movement and injury prevention/ rehabilitation, ensuring these classes are the perfect way to start or stay in shape safely.
