Pilates is a system of exercise specifically designed to realign, strengthen, stretch and teach control of the body. It is a low impact way to improve health and wellbeing and to address physical aliments such as back pain, muscle tightens, hip and knee discomfort, weak core and poor posture.
Our classes as suitable for everyone and include modifications for every level but are particularly useful for beginners or those who wish to take a more clinical approach to their pilates and truly understand and benefit from each exercise.
Classes are taught by Tracy who is a qualified Personal trainer, Pilates instructor and Sports therapist and an expert in human movement and injury prevention/ rehabilitation, ensuring these classes are the perfect way to start or stay in shape safely.
Join us on the mat for our regular weekly Pilates classes starting Monday 08th April. Suitable for all abilities these small group sessions are targeted at improving strength, flexibility, mobility and body control.
Class times are:
Monday 9.15am - 10.15am
Classes are £10 per session. Discounts are available for block bookings.
